We want you to love your DeeperDots experience. Here’s how we make returns simple, fair, and transparent.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products. Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
2. Time Frame
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@deeperdots.com with your order ID and photos of the issue.
3. Refund & Replacement Process
Once your request is verified and approved, we’ll offer a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellations & Final Sale Items
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or final clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Important Note
DeeperDots reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the returned item is found to be used, tampered with, or intentionally damaged. Please allow us time to assess each case fairly and respectfully.
